A vertical climbing machine. Opposite arm and leg drive upward together, the same pattern you use when you walk or run. Gravity and your bodyweight provide the resistance. Legs, glutes, core, back and shoulders all work in one movement: high intensity for your body, low impact on your joints.

Fit enough to walk in. You set the pace and the length of each step, so every class works at your level. First time? Arrive 10 minutes early. An instructor will adjust your machine, demonstrate the moves, and guide you throughout the class.

Thirty minutes on the VersaClimber is an intense, full-body workout, led by an instructor and driven by the rhythm of the music, with every muscle group engaged on every step. Your hands and feet stay on the machine throughout, so it's low impact on your joints. All you need to bring are clean indoor trainers, comfortable sportswear and a water bottle; towels, showers, amenities and a blow-dry bar are waiting for you afterwards.

That depends on the one you choose. Starter gives you four classes every four weeks, Core eight, and Unlimited one class every day. Core comes with 10% off at the Smoothie Bar, a guest pass every four weeks and one grace credit a year for the odd missed class. Yes, any time, with one month's notice. You can do it in your account in a few taps, and we confirm the end date by email.
